Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

International Shipping We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
